Black ruched embellished polo neck dress by Forever Unique. Fully lined long sleeve jersey dress with ruched hip panels and embellishments to shoulders. Keyhole open back, button fastened to the back of the neck. Each embellishment has been hand sewn, making each dress individual and unique. Shell- 95% Nylon, 5% Elastane. Lining- 92% Nylon, 8% Elastane. Wash separately, do not soak, hand wash in cold water, do not tumble dry, do not bleach, cool iron on reverse, dry flat, do not steam or iron on the embellishment, do not spray alcohol based products directly on the garment such as perfume, deodorant etc. Model wears size 1.
