Why do I need to register to shop?
Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders and refunds online.
By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?
Yes, unless you obted not to sign up to receive marketing emails from us. If you do sign up, you can ask to be taken off our mailing list at any time.
By registering, will you pass my details on to any other companies?
No, we will not pass your details on to other companies.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

Can I pay using a Minnies Gift voucher?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept minnies gift vouchers as a method of payment online at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Please use the returns label enclosed with your parcel. Once we have received the goods back, we will process a refund for you.
Can I add to the order once I have placed an order?
Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.
Why has my bank card been declined?
Your bank will be able to let you know why your card has been declined. Please contact your provider as we only get told approved or declined, we receive no other details.
Will Minnies deliver to oversea's?
Yes, all orders outside UK (inc ROI) are charged at £14.99
what is Minnies exchange rate for over seas telephone orders?
We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.
My order as not gone through but I think minnies has charged me?
When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the money from your available balance although it is not actually taken from your account until we despatch your order. If we do not despatch your order, Minnies do not charge you and the money is automatically put back onto your available balance by your Bank. This usually takes around 3 working days but the exact timeframe does depend on your card issuer and your bank. After tis time still no money please contact customer services.
Can I Find out if and when you are getting new stock of sold out items?
Some of the items on our website do sell out quickly due to the massive high demand and unfortunately we are unable to tell you if we will be getting more of a particular item in. However, we regularly update our site so it's worthwhile checking again. Plus Minnies are actively updating customers of latest news and stock via our Blog and social net work sites on Facebook and Twitter, please make sure you click on the icons to keep updated.
I have received the order but one of the items is missing?
Please check dispatch note to see what orders have been sent and if any notes have been noted for an item I.e. out of stock then contact us and our customer services team will contact the warehouse for you to find out more details.
I have placed an order but then have received an email that is informing me that the product is out of stock?
Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock when you placed your order, when our warehouse went to pick the item they found that there was no stock available. Although this does not happen often, when it does we have to cancel the item from the order and obviously we do not charge you for the item, Minnies use state of the art warehouse systems and procedures and ordering processes.
I have received an incorrect item in my order what do I do?

My items are for business and I will need a full Vat receipt?

For orders within the UK the following information applies:
All orders placed before 2pm weekdays will be processed the same day.
Next Day Delivery:
Next Day Delivery orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thursday are sent to you via Interlink (orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday - £7.99)
Next Day Delivery orders placed before 2pm Friday for Saturday delivery are sent sent to you via Interlink - £15.99
Orders placed after 2pm or weekends will be processed on the next working day. If an order for Next Day Delivery is placed before 2pm on Friday and is needed for Saturday delivery the cost is £15.99
Standard Delivery orders are sent to you via My Hermes - £3.99
You should expect your order in 2-5 days.
All orders outside UK (except ROI) - £14.99

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labels attached (not removed).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
All items purchased in SALE or Using a Discount Code will be refunded with a Online Gift Card Voucher. Items can also be exchanged for other goods online
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Office 9, The Mews, 18 Gresham Road, Brentwood GB CM14 4HN.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he / she will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
